So I can't say I've noticed a huge difference since using these two shampoo conditioners other than my hair , became softer. The font of the ingredients is very inconsistent, which worries me about the integrity of what is actually used. It looks like the names were copied and pasted from different websites where the fonts and sizes are different. It doesn't lather much, but that's to be expected. I like the smell of the shampoo more than the conditioner as the conditioner has a milder scent and the shampoo is more fruity-appley. I'll keep using it to see if anything changes, but so far it doesn't look like it's done anything other than smell good.
