Have been using this for a few weeks now and noticed a difference right after the first use. Does it make my teeth whiter? no But that's not what I wanted or expected from the product. I have used custom mouthguards and whitening gels in the past but found the process to be invasive and damaged my teeth and gums so I stopped. It just wasn't worth the time and effort. Also, I realized that as a person who was "obsessed" with teeth whitening, I was getting more conceited and that was never white enough. Not the healthiest lifestyle/thinking/being. So I needed a solution that would work for my current life, lifestyle and daily routine and it does exactly that. Adding a second dose of gel to my toothbrush alongside my toothpaste is easy to incorporate into my daily routine. I don't even consider it a separate process from teeth whitening and brushing; it's just become part of it, so I'm not obsessed or worried about needing to whiten my teeth. It just happens more efficiently now when I brush regularly. Now we will see how white my teeth get but I am already happy with the results and if my teeth stay their current color that would be fantastic. I don't want unnaturally white teeth. I'm looking for that naturally white look that comes from a more conventional brushing routine and so far this has met all my expectations.
