An error in my order
The product is excellent. As described, simply unfolded and closed. I like the large top access door and the two front access doors. Only downside was the listing said it would include free puppy pillows which he didn't have. The product itself is great! Used it for my cat mom and her kittens at birth/birth/ and to hold the kittens until they are gone.
