The instructions were terrible. It was also extremely difficult to pull the slack out of the line. My husband fiddled with this for hours trying to lift the leash just enough to lighten the weight so he could pull it tight enough. We ended up using "attach" as others suggested, which helped a bit but still has too much wiggle room. (Yes, we placed it high enough). Be sure to order the tree guards as the ones that come with the kit are useless and the rope damaged our trees anyway. Also, we ordered a 150ft zipline, but they sent us a 100ft zipline in a 150ft box. (I'm waiting for an answer from the seller about the length). Be sure to check the length before wearing it. After all, this is a high-quality zip line. if you can take it easy :/Update: The seller was quick to respond to the wrong size issue and said they will send us the correct size immediately. They also mentioned that a tutorial video will be coming soon, as well as more detailed instructions. Good customer service is really important. I'm happy.
