I have two Daniel Wellington watches and I love them equally. Brown was a gift I loved so much, so I had to make it black too. I've been wearing this black Daniel Wellington Sheffield watch for almost a year now and the rose gold color around the dial has already turned to silver. Curiously, however, the rose gold on the buckle is still intact. I have attached a photo of the difference between them. I'm disappointed by the price and reputation of the brand and the fact that the rose gold detailing on my gifted brown Daniel Wellington watch is still so striking. I wear them the same amount of times, don't expose them to water or any kind of neglect/tampering, so the fact that they're fading in less than a year makes me think it might not be a real watch. I also tried to email the seller but got no response. So yes. Just do your research before ordering.
