The thickness of my windows is 5 mm (I definitely bought a suitable cleaning agent, which also says on the box "Area of application: glass thickness less than 6 mm). When I was about to use it for the first time and after applying a small amount of soapy solution to the window surface before use, the window cleaner came off immediately and felt like one piece. This happened when I tried to make a turn during the brushing motion. Consequence: Half felt on the floor and was broken and therefore unusable. I cannot recommend this product. Very disappointed!
