I love this shampoo and conditioner. When I lived in California I went to Japantown in San Francisco to get it religious. I bought this set and it arrived ALREADY OPEN. The security seal broke and the box opened. The product is also missing a lot, but nothing leaked in the packaging. Seems to have been a return. Very disappointed and if you have ever used this brand the smell is very unique. These bottles smell like panthen. They offered a replacement but I'm going back to California soon so I think I'll go to a store that I know is legit. So disappointed 😔
