Like others I bought this nose ring because it is titanium. I've struggled with a dreaded bump in my nose for almost as long as I've had a piercing. Changing the decoration only helped a few days before they returned. Never linked that it could be material. After trying this bobby pin I was surprised that the bump on my nose is already getting smaller and the redness/irritation is gone too. The actual decoration post is rather short. And the "L" part is also so short I didn't think it would fit through my nostril. But once I put the stud in, it didn't move at all, which I think also helps keep my piercing from getting as irritated. Overall I love the look of the piercing and the fact that it helps my nose. would recommend.
