I love it especially for my upper and lower lids.
I've used it before so I looked for it as I couldn't find it in the store I bought it from before. I especially like it for my upper and lower eyelids before applying mascara. Makes "cleansingโ easier with Q-tips, doesn't pull, but keeps upper and lower eyelids moisturized all day. Feels great, but after cleaning the mascara does not roll. I first came across this when I first went on an hCG diet because there was no oil in any of the topicals. (I have a feeling it turned out to be wrong.). So happy I tried it a long time ago. Love it!
