The scanner is very easy to use, no complaints on the cars I've used, the screen is responsive and the tablet is fast. Comes with its own hard case. It contains many special functions and active tests. Those are pluses. Well, the downside is that it's literally an Android tablet and you have to manually launch the scanner software each time...the first time I used it it froze, but that stopped as soon as I logged in and updated everything. Another thing is that it doesn't come with a screen protector, so it's very easy to get scratched if you don't cover it. They don't make a specific screen protector for this scanner/case, but after removing the case (which can be done in about 5 minutes with a Phillips screwdriver) I found it was a Lenovo m8 tab, so I bought a screen protector for this tablet and I installed it and it came back great. That being said, the actual hardware is a fairly cheap Android software tablet, so there might be an issue with how long it stays fast and responsive. So try not to download many apps and get rid of those useless Google apps running in the background and take your time to optimize this tablet as much as possible. I'll update if I have any issues with them, but for the price I think they should at least include a screen protector.
