Arrived ahead of time and included all parts as advertised. Several buyers have mentioned a lack of grease on the bearings and observed them rolling across the floor, so after hand tightening the rollers to assemble the cart I would recommend the following: 1) Buy a tube of car grease with a small Top. This does not require high performance, so an inexpensive tube of lube will do. 2) Make a small hole at the very end of the tip 3) Place a trolley on the end and place the tip of the tube of grease in the bearing grooves 4) Squeeze the tube of grease until the grease comes out, then slowly twist the Roll until the bearings are not completely covered. Stop squeezing the tube of grease when all the spaces between each bearing are completely filled. 5) Repeat 15 more times. Because of the lock washer, I only turned each nut 1/4 turn after hand tightening the rollers. I didn't want to over tighten the nuts and break the bearings. With a trolley under each wheel, I can push my 3,200-pound machine across the ground on my own with a little force and change direction very easily. With two, it's no problem at all. Some people mention that the locking caster can be nice if you forget to unlock one or (if you only have one locking caster for each cart) PITA by placing the locking caster on the inside wheel well. The few rocks I had lying around were enough for me.
