Review on 🍞 Durable Stainless Steel Loaf Pan: Bake with Confidence by Diane Collins

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Wonderful pans! I love her!

Someone got me a stainless steel cake pan as a wedding present over 40 years ago, and while I've bought and thrown away countless other bread pans, cake pans and cookie cutters made of various metals and a whole 40 year history of non-stick coatings, this one Stainless steel cake pan is still used regularly in my kitchen and still looks great. It has never warped, wrinkled, rusted, discolored, pitted, or stained and, in my opinion, works better than any non-stick coating when cooking your pan to your recipe. So when I was looking for a medium sized loaf pan I was glad to find one made out of stainless steel. I purchased 2 4.5" x 8.5" stainless steel Libertyware bread pans. I am very happy with the quality of the molds. They are good heavy gauge stainless steel and should last forever. And when you divide the price by "forever" they are the best value you will find. I've already baked quick bread in them and they clean up nicely after a quick soak. They're really highly polished, so if you ever need to clean them, I'd recommend non-scratch scrubbers just to keep them nice. Top internal dimensions 4.5" x 8.5" Bottom dimensions 4" x 7.8" External dimensions top including lip 5.75" x 9.5" inches, height 2 and 3/8. . There were stickers on the bottom of the pots that said 'Made in India' (easy to remove). Overall I am very happy with this purchase.
