I like that CCC does not hold onto customer data or use cookies to track customers in an effortless manner which is great because they do what we all want them too! They are always trying new things with functionality but it never seems fully realized - sometimes there's something you really need out of one feature only for their system/team over at another time when your team has moved forward without taking into consideration how other users would benefit from this same function being available sooner than later? It doesn't bother me so much anymore since my product isn’t directly impacted by these decisions; however if our products were affected then yes – definitely let us know about any issues before going live as well please!! Nothing specific right now though just overall frustration related more towards some features getting pushed back instead of improved upon quickly due lack thereof after testing was completed etc.
