Review on Axicom by James Auzenne

I have worked with axicon as an account rep in their San Francisco office, so this is my personal experience working there! They are very professional; they always come through when you need them to do something that needs attention from headquarters (or even if it’s just one question). The only thing i don't like about our relationship was how difficult we had at times getting credit card info over email or phone calls - not sure why but maybe because im used more often having access via internet than by calling up customer service? We were trying out new software which would help us be able reach customers online without being physically present within those states where people couldn‘t find/connect using normal means such as landlines etc..
