5 star product, again terrible delivery from K&N store.
So the filter is stuck but it won't come loose. They knew it was scattered and still sealed and shipped for 17.99. I'd like one that didn't go over so well. The shipping envelope was fine, so it came from K&N and looked like this. Come on guys, buddy! I'll be sending it back for a replacement and maybe next time I'll get a decent looking box to scatter around and tape shut. terrible choice to post it as it was.
