Review on Winsome Wood 98721 Ventura Natural by Mike Pettigrew

Overall this seems to work as intended, however it has a HORRIBLE smell. So strong that I got tired of him being in the room with me. I have tried unsuccessfully to get rid of the smell as follows: 1: Wipe it down with a lemon scented disinfecting wipe 2: Use OrangeGlow on wood stains 3: I left it in a garbage bag with baking soda for over 12 hours. Now he stands outside to see if fresh air comes into the forest. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants to use it indoors and/or is sensitive to strong smells. I suspect that the origin of the smell is the country of origin (I've heard bad things about wooden products from China).
