Damn good. I don't make sausages weekly and I used to only use the feed attachment on my Kitchen-Aid blender/grinder to make sausages maybe twice a year. It's also the bulk of the gear, which stands over a foot tall and takes up a lot of countertop space. But it works great! Once you get used to how much pressure to apply and what diameter stuffing horn you use for what casing (as big as possible), you can literally turn the sausages inside out. We made over 7 pounds of sausage the first day. My only gripe is that the funnel doesn't actually hold a full 5 pounds; safe usable capacity is more like 3.5-4 lbs. But never mind, you just fill up in the middle of a batch, no big deal.
