This Safety Software has made my job much easier!
I love how easy it is to use and navigate. It's very user friendly. The reporting side of the app makes it very simple for us to see what we need to do to keep up with our OSHA requirements. There are some things that I would like to see improved. I think they could have added more templates for safety programs. Also, I wish there was an option to customize the safety program so we can make changes as needed. We have been able to track all of our employees' training, attendance, and timecards with this software.
Pros
- Very quick response when needing assistance or clarification from technical support team; They really know their stuff! Allows me/us at work place flexibility by tracking employee schedules while allowing management insight through report generating capabilities..I also appreciate having real time access via mobile device without wifi connection requirement (as opposed other apps.)
Cons
- Someday if given opportunity may add additional template options
