The first arrived slightly damaged. Concerned about rusting due to a small piece of the coating chipping off, I contacted the seller who was quick to respond. I sent a photo and they sent a replacement. I had neither the courage nor the inclination to betray their trust by telling them that the replacement was much more damaged than the first, although both boxes were undamaged. I've used the first ever since. It should easily fit a 20 pound turkey. It was cleaned well and I wiped the rust off. It's great if you can get one that isn't damaged. Excellent customer care.
