Works as expected for household products

I am not the most qualified person to review woodworking. Revain UK website has hundreds of reviews for this product if you want to check them out. In any case, for some reason I wanted to try this product instead of the ubiquitous Watco. The manufacturer sells it for the kitchen and floor, I used it for a large table (10 people) and it was the amount I needed, enough for 5-6 layers. If it holds up well, after a few months I'll add a few more coats instead of putting resin on top. Part of the table got in the rain after applying 3 coats and didn't get wet, so I'm optimistic about this product. The table was a gift because the previous owner ruined the paintwork and left a sticky mess on it. I sanded it down as best I could and Danish Oil gave it a nice rich look. The quality of the finish was proportional to the quality of my sanding work. I carefully sanded the countertop and it looks beautiful. What can you say about the legs? The first coat was applied liberally with a cloth and wiped off after 10 minutes. For the next few layers I used a blue paper towel, then sanded in oil with 600 grit sandpaper, then wiped dry with a clean blue cloth. 600 grit sanding added a satin finish. Please find out about the safe handling and disposal of used rags and towels as these are highly flammable.
