Broken item!

The photos provided by the seller are FALSE and DECEIVE as I bought them on my wedding anniversary and the hearts in the frame overlap and stick to the edges of the frame in the frame. I wrote to the seller and he said it was defective and offered $20 for this problem with the product. This is unacceptable as the hearts will overlap and get stuck under the edges of the frame which doesn't look good and now I have to awkwardly open the frame and glue the hearts in place. That's ridiculous. UPDATE: The seller sent me a new one and it's the same problem with the hearts overlapping. Do not purchase this defective item.
