What a great deal - Mailbox accessories and gear

Super cheap price compared to buying from a hardware store. I bought a bunch to have in my storage room. The best advice. Always keep a copy of the tenant's mailbox key. Then when they lose. you can easily copy it. I had a tenant who lost their keys and I didn't have a copy. He had to pay a locksmith $140 for a new lock. I don't think he'll be that careless again.
