Don't waste your money
That sucks. I use many Neutrogena products but this one is useless. The consistency is chalky; The brush application system looks good, but does nothing for the consistency, which remains thick and chalky and cannot be smoothed out with a brush or fingers. AND IT CANNOT BE RETURNED EVEN IT IS GARBAGE IF YOU TRY.
