Despite the default identifying information above, I received the 8" and 10 1/4" set rather than what I requested. Regardless, I'm sure the materials and attributes of the sets are comparable. The skillets have a polished stainless steel exterior with weighted bonded bases. I'm not personally enthusiastic about bonded bases as generally speaking, I'm not convinced they conduct heat along the sides of pans as efficiently as tri-ply integrated base items. I'm not sure whether these skillets of constructed from 18/10 or 18/0 stainless although my suspicion is the latter. SharkNinja proclaims these pans as never stick so long as the user follows the suggested preparation and usage guidelines and avoids use of sharp objects on the PFOA free interior surface although use of metal utensils is permissible. The pans should be pre-heated for a few minutes before food stuffs are added. The pre-heating time period varies dependent upon the heating surface employed. The pans are also promoted as compatible with most cooktops including induction. They are also represented to be oven safe to 500 degrees. The brushed steel handles are riveted with the customary interior surface bulges so there is a possibility of grease or food residue building up around the rivets unless care is paid attention while cleaning. The pans are also stated to be dishwasher safe. I would position them as very good mid-level skillets.
