Confusing and unnecessary directions
Every summer I dye ties with my school children. I used other tie dye sets. For other products that come with dye in a bottle, all you have to do is add water. There is no need to soak shirts and no need to rinse them before washing. Just take off the rubber. Sand and wash and tumble dry. The shirts turned out well.
