I purchased the first Red Hat for an Intel i7-5820k almost six years ago. The arrangement was sound because the stone was frequently chasing 14x7x365 at full load. Never did the temperature in the stress testing go above 70. The average for rendering under full load is 60, and for games it is significantly lower. Nothing but the maximum, barely discernible sound of the wind. So far, it's like new. Over the years, it hasn't gotten any louder. I recently purchased a second one for a Ryzen 5950x. The new Hat won't let you down in the new conference, in my opinion. However, it was necessary to choose the memory not only based on its specifications but also on its height, ensuring that eight of its four slots overlapped by two slots in each direction. Well, the case should be as deep as necessary. The tower is very tall. However, I invested in a case "for growth" that can accommodate any cooler and any video camera:)
