Directions and video are incorrect. The bed rail plugs on my 2019 Ram Bighorn were already cut out the back and the bull ring doesn't even come close to fitting the hole. Yes, I can cut off most of the cap and maybe make it fit, but I don't just have to cut the inside of the hole, I also have to cut the top as the bullrings are too big to fit inside. That means using a completely different tool than milling tools, and I risk cutting into the metal of my new truck. I didn't have the screw for the back ring so I can't return it. So I'm embarrassed that I didn't heed other buyers' warnings that they don't work for their Rams either. What happened to quality and customer service in this country?
