I am completely satisfied, item complies with description.

Excellent product for my money, I'm happy.
Has pros:
An excellent adapter for a PC, the design of the small one does not interfere, put it in, forgot it, connected it through the keyboard connector, the installation was successful. The range is not large, somewhere around 5 - 6 meters, and already the music starts to stutter.
Some cons:
I pumped up the power, I tried to use the headphones and the gamepad at the same time, there is already not enough power for the headphones, constant stuttering, or even loss of signal.

My iMac has a broken Bluetooth module. The repair was much more expensive than replacing the usb module.

I use it to listen to audio content through the KNS-BTH-100 bluetooth headphones.
