Just as good as the tie clips I buy at the department store for $20-40 a piece. They hold the tie very well and fit well so they won't fall off the tie even if it's flimsy. I have tie clips that I love for my 3" and 3.5" ties. This tie clip looks best on a 2.5 inch tie where the other clips overshadow the entire tie. I was surprised to see so many good tie clips for such a low price. drive them all day.
