Exhaust filter was difficult to install. VERY COMFORTABLE. I almost gave up and just sent it back. I had to lay the vacuum on its side and use my body weight to push it down while turning. The pre-filter fits perfectly. Will definitely try another brand or just buy from Dyson next time. *UPDATE* I've been using this for about 3-4 months now and it's terrible. This will make the motor so hot that the glue in the ball filter will melt. I only get about 5 minutes of vacuum before it gets too hot and I have to turn the vacuum off for a few minutes. The quality is just terrible and the engine can't breathe.
