Edit* After a month I started to have very bad drift like the stick got stuck at the bottom. I had to restart the controller but had trouble syncing it to my Switch. Resetting the controls helped for a while, but the right analog stick started slipping again. You can try resetting and forgetting the controller when you first encountered drifting and that will help. Sometimes you just need to recalibrate the assumption. The controller does what it is supposed to and works very well. Pairing with my Switch was very quick and easy. It connects to my switch with no problems. The advantage for me was not only the look of the Tom Nook, but the fact that you can activate the switch remotely, unlike my other controller. The battery also lasts a long time. I use it right out of the box with no subpoena. It's quite small compared to my Funlab controller, but I don't find the size impractical. Maybe I have small hands? This will likely be more uncomfortable for someone with larger hands.
