Review on Genwiss by Scott Richardson

While looking for camping supplies online, I happened onto Genwiss Company. Unfortunately, I was left feeling unimpressed and uninspired by the company. To begin, I couldn't figure out how to get about the website. It took me longer than it should have, and several of the items I wanted weren't available in the size I needed. Poor beginning. Second, the things I did receive were of inferior quality. The tent leaked during a thunderstorm, and the hiking boots I bought fell apart after only a few usage. Not what you want to experience in the wild. Finally, the support service fell short of expectations. There was a language problem, and as a result, the representatives didn't appear to understand my issues or provide any viable answers. My time spent with Genwiss Company as a whole was disappointing. While they have a wide variety of things, we were quite disappointed with the website's usability, product quality, and response time from customer support. In the future, I plan to take my company somewhere.
