I've only used it once but I love it! Unboxing was shocking given the low price. Frustration-free packaging is a mega win, beautiful design and all. Today I used it on my curly, air dried hair and it straightened everything and gave me soft curls. I've had a hard time keeping my hair frizzy lately (maybe the time of year and climate) but it's held up well. The stick warmed up quickly and had a great temperature. I was a little worried about the lack of ability to regulate the temperature, but that wasn't a problem.
