Skin tight. Not flowy
This is skin tight and not beachy beautiful and flowy like you would think. I am 5'3 and 185 and this item did not fit me. Also the tie around rope is not attached and no holes to loop it through. It's just a stand alone rope that you can tie around you if you want?
