When received the drive was working but the fan was very noisy. A month after receipt, the fan stopped working and our documentation is missing. Contacted Revain who put us in touch with the seller. The vendor requested a screenshot of Disk Management - now confirmed a "mechanical" problem with the drive. But they want us to send it back for diagnosis at our expense. We want a replacement. The same request from the supplier - no answer. We didn't buy used, we want a new one. Unsatisfied! With a product or supplier.
