So disappointed. This is my 4th purchase from Hide and Drink (loved the first 3). it arrived crumpled in a plastic bag and was shipped (or folded by wspe) in a plastic bag. Not a pretty cloth bag, not a pretty guarantee, crooked seams. looked like a return and i sent it back promptly
