I've only had it a few weeks and I'm still learning what it can do. So far it has been an excellent diagnostic tool. I work in the auto repair shop and use it every day. It will do everything SnapOn Verus does and more. On some cars it gets a bit confusing how to access the feature you want, but just dig around and you should be able to figure it out eventually. The OBD Bluetooth connector is a bit too big to fit in some of the OBD ports, so I just leave the extension plug permanently attached to it. I once had to contact support via email after doing a factory reset and losing diagnostics. Program. They emailed me a few hours later with a link and instructions on how to reinstall the app. You will need WiFi or a hotspot from time to time to access the app. For some reason it randomly logs out. So far the battery life has been excellent. I wish it had a stand for easy viewing. Also works well as a tablet. YouTube, Playstore, Email, Google. Automatic screen rotation. A lightweight. graphics mode. Updates come frequently. Again, I've only had it a few weeks and so far I'm impressed with what it can do and access, turn on the air conditioners and reprogram the keys. Once I've explored all the features it can offer, I'm sure this will be my scanner of choice!
