Review on JDALL Blackout Waterproof Insulated Protection by Chris Sharma

I love it!I was only able to buy 1 of the 18"w before they went out of stock. We are patiently waiting for their replenishment. The 18" size doesn't refer to the actual fabric piece, it's the piece hanging above. I'd say the fabric piece is 1/2 to 1 inch smaller, so you might have gaps like mine, but I don't mind. We went with an internal mount but if you want to avoid a gap you can make an external mount and choose a size slightly larger than the window Overall it does the job of adding privacy and keeping light out.And I like that the back is white and the front is black so when you stand outside and look in it looks more like white curtains than blackout curtains.Also the black may fade in the sun if it was outside.The mechanism is smooth and i like how it can be secured so the rope doesn't come loose which can be dangerous for pets/kids my husband installed these but based on what he said and wi e quickly he needed installation, I would say that they are simple and easy to assemble. I would recommend them to anyone looking for inexpensive and easy to use blackout blinds!
