Advantages:1. Supports USB32. Has memory card reader on the front3. The clone button is located on the back, which prevents children from accidentally pressing the button. Supports 12TB drives and is defined as two separate drives. Cons: 1. Cloning function didn't work when USB was connected. Holding down the Clone button does nothing. This requires me to unplug the USB stick every time I need to clone. I am afraid that by doing this I may wear out the port. 2. I had to power down the device when replacing 12TB drives. Annoying, but not a hindrance.3. Drives spin up and down intermittently with USB connected, even when the computer is in sleep mode.
