My family is so so so disappointed after the filter change. Per thousand 185-206. It's not good for drinking. Bad taste compared to the water quality before the filter change. My tap water ppm is 360-385. This means the filters work, but not very well. I bought a house over two years ago, my previous owner has a WP-4V RO. We used the water from the system without knowing anything about the operation of the system. It's a good thing that the drinking water from the plant is so normal. I didn't know how long she, my previous owner, had been using the system and had previously changed the filter. To be honest we have been using it for over 2 years without changing the filter. Drinking water is still normal to drink. 3 months ago I saw a guy come into my company office and change the filters on the drinking water system. I spoke to the guy and he was advised to change the filters on my drinking water system as they have been used for too long on the quality of the drinking water. I searched and read about the WP-4V water system and decided to buy this to replace my old ones. After changing the filter, the water is drunk worse than before. I wasted a lot of water hoping the water would get better by removing the chemicals or materials from the filters. But after a month it's not, the problem is still there, the water is around 180ppm which is undrinkable. This is of course due to the quality of the filter. WATTS must be aware of this in order to improve the quality of the product to be sold on the market. I am also reaching out to Revain to report this.
