I am 1.60 m tall and weigh 55 kg. I ordered and very small because I like a tighter fit when running. It was perfect. The material is comfortable and breathable to keep you warm in most areas of the pants. The only thing I didn't notice is that there are zippers at the back of the ankle, so there is more room to pull them over the ankle. I'm short and these pants aren't for my size so I have to roll them up. It doesn't make it any easier to ride when there are zippers. In general, they warmed me in 30-degree weather, and that's the main thing.
