Easy-to Use Dialer Solution For Small Business

I like how easy it was to get set up with Callbox. Very simple process which allowed me to go live within days! The customer support from beginning to end has been excellent - helpful in answering any questions or concerns that we may have along the way, quickly getting back to us when needed, as well as responding promptly once they are able to help address our issue. I would recommend this software because you really can't beat their pricing. It's very affordable compared to other systems out there. We were able to use this system to send inbound emails and calls to potential leads from our database without having someone answer each phone/email and route calls into different departments. This allows us to be more efficient by placing all incoming calls into one queue. I really like the way they are able to track everything that happens in your campaigns. It's very easy to use. The customer service is great! They have been extremely helpful with my questions. There is nothing I dislike about this software. If you're looking for a simple solution to manage your outbound dialing campaigns, then this software will work well for you. Outbound dialing campaigns can be difficult to manage, but callbox makes it super easy!
