First of all, this is my first smartwatch and my rating is based on iPhone usage. I've pondered the desire to buy an Apple Smartwatch, but I really find them so expensive to own. My main goal when buying a smartwatch was to be able to control my heartbeat as I was diagnosed with an arrhythmia a few years ago. It also comes with an English manual and a charger. The manual is easy to read but could improve the continuity of the content on setting up and using the smartwatch. The instructions ask you to fully charge the watch before use, but the watch is fully charged so it only takes a few seconds before you're notified that it's 100% charged. In terms of fitness, this watch can measure heart rate, has an accelerometer, and tracks your exercise goals like running, walking, hiking, climbing, treadmill, and yoga. For girls, it also tracks your period if you want that. You are ready to go. It also controls your sleep i.e. deep sleep, light sleep etc. which you can see in detail. If you want a smart watch that lets you leave your phone and answer texts or calls this isn't for you but for basic functions it's much better, I like this watch and I've been telling my friends and colleagues about it.
