You need a stencil for this
I ordered this solo not knowing it was part of a stencil kit. But since I am good at doing makeup, I tried anyway. It was a bit messy, but I finally used a brush and filled in my brows. The product is dark so don't use too much of it. I liked the longevity. And it stayed matte all day.
