Excellent customer service paired perfectly w great product

I like that they are very flexible with their system, allowing you to customize as much or little as needed for your business.
Sometimes there is lag in updating information after it has been inputted into the software so be patient if this happens often! The best thing about PPT is how easy it was to learn once we realized what features were available and where they could help us out most. Since implementing our PPT implementation plan, our monthly run rate increased dramatically from $60K-120k per month down to just under $50k/month which allowed us to begin reinvesting those profits back into the organization.

Pros

Allowing each department / team member access individually without having admin privileges makes everything more streamlined than other options such Paychex's payroll function; not requiring passwords every time an employee needs something done also helps keep things simple when using them remotely at home insteadof going directly through my work computer located within 5 minutes walk away.
