Purchase at your own risk. Great product, bought twice. There are usually technical difficulties with items, so I don't blame anyone. My strips started flickering and now I have 9 bulbs that are less blue which affects certain colors like purple, pink, white. It worries me a lot and a little bit because I feel like the whole band is going to do the same. Going down the stairs is a whole different order with a few days difference (don't know if that means anything), it has no problem, in fact those lights are on a lot longer than mine so I don't know why I'm 9 blue lights less. It started a few weeks ago. In general, the brightness is excellent. White light does not strain the eyes. The app and controller work well, sometimes you have to shut down the app and refresh everything which is annoying, but you're either using the app one moment or the controller the next. Because when you switch back into a setting, the app loses connection and has to be quickly reloaded. Adhesion is strong. I'm afraid it will rub my color off in a few years if I take it off. Products like these talk about easy and clean removal, but then they put on the first time. I can't say anything for a long time.
