The music box inside the nutcracker doesn't work.
The nutcracker was wrapped perfectly but the music box doesn't work. The bottom metal piece will not turn to make the nutcracker play its drum. I didn't want to force it so not to break it. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix it or I will need a replacement. It was so disappointing when my friend opened it and it didn't work. Its adorable and she really liked it. Please respond so I know what to do. Thank you!
