I tried a few varieties of glass bottles from this brand, and this is hands-down my favorite color. It's a light, airy blue that looks fresh and subtle at the same time. I like that you can buy a whole range of different bottle types in the same color from this brand, to coordinate your kitchen.Anyway, the bottles are made of uber-thick, heavy, textured glass. There's a silicone cover on the bottom 1/3 which makes them safer for your counters and less slidey. They're also quieter when you pick them up and set them down.The pumps are made of thick, dense, textured plastic. They're not my favorite pump design, not especially ergonomic, but not bad either. They dispense a relatively small amount of soap at a time. If you're having trouble unscrewing them when they arrive, remember to press down when turning, kind of like a child-proof pill bottle.The current price on these of $25 for two is pretty expensive, although they are certainly nice bottles and are built to last.
