Based on my observations, this product is a terrible addition to any automotive owner`s collection. The quality of the product is extremely poor and DOES not function well at all. The company claims it's versatile and compatible with various cars but that's far from the truth .The only redeeming quality is that it's easy to install. However, the cons far outweigh the single pro - it's junk. Don't waste your money on this useless towing product..
