No instructions included. There are two sets of wall anchors; One is a self-tapping screw anchor and the other is a simple wall anchor that requires drilling. After installing the self-tapping anchor and screwing down one side of the kit, I found two plastic washers in a small packet of fasteners. I tried using one for the second screw but found that the decorative caps for the two screws didn't match. When trying to remove the screw to add the washer (because the hanger was rocking against the wall), the anchor came loose from the wall along with the screw. I had to clamp the anchor with a vise to separate the screw from the anchor. So I installed standard wall anchors. When I tried to screw one side of the hanger with a standard anchor, it pushed the anchor all the way through and out of the wall. I ended up installing it with a combination, but all of that could have been avoided if a set of instructions had been included.
